Before founding Neptune, Mr. Armstrong served as Senior Managing Director of the hospitality practice at Insignia/ESG Hotel Partners in Newport Beach, Calif., where he was consistently among the firms top-producers. At Insignia/ESG, he completed more than 100 hotel sales and financings toppling a combined $1 billion in value. In 1995, he was awarded Deal of the Year for the company’s largest single transaction, and in 1996 was runner-up for Broker of the Year based on transaction volume. Earlier, Mr. Armstrong was Vice President of Development for Dallas-based Metro Hotels and Miami-based Carnival Hotels, Resorts & Casinos, adding new hotels to their national property portfolio through third-party management contracts and acquisitions with institutional and private investors. 
 
Mr. Armstrong started his hospitality career in property operations at Four Seasons and Hilton properties. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Texas. Mr. Armstrong is a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC).

 
Prior to joining Neptune, Mr. Clouet served as President of Allegiance Hospitality Corporation, where he oversaw all hotel acquisition, operation, renovation, financing and disposition activities for the portfolio, and also developed and implemented corporate business models. During his tenure, the company more than doubled in size to over 1,700 rooms, represented by brands including Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, Holiday Inn, and Howard Johnson, as well as an independent boutique golf resort located in southern Arizona. Before that, Mr. Clouet was regional director of operations for San Diego-based American Property Management Corporation, overseeing a portfolio of eight full-service properties encompassed 1,600 hotel rooms and exceeded $60 million in revenue.  
 
Mr. Clouet began his hospitality career in an intensive four-year European-style apprenticeship with renowned Chef Dutch Swart, formerly of Commanders Palace. He is a graduate of the Florida State University with a double major in Clinical Nutrition and Nutrition and Fitness, along with extensive graduate studies in Food Engineering.

 
Before joining Neptune, Mr. Bajdek was Director in the Austin office of PKF Capital Markets Group. Prior to that, Mr. Bajdek founded the Raintree Inns of America franchise, as well as Great West Hotels-Management Company. He also served as Executive Vice-President of Metro Hotels, at that time the largest Hilton franchisee in the US. Mr. Bajdek received his BS in Pre-Law from Franklin College and attended the Graduate Business School at the University of Louisville.

 
Mr. Pierson earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, specializing in law and real estate finance. He is the current Co-President of the Cornell Hotel Society, San Diego Chapter, and an active member of ULI Young Leaders Group.
