Mike Armstrong, president and founder of Neptune Hospitality Advisors and Mike Cahill, CEO and founder of HREC – Hospitality Real Estate Counselors announce the merger of the two firms, effective immediately.

Operating under the existing HREC Investment Advisors banner, Mr. Armstrong becomes a partner/principal in the firm.
